Students can manage their finances on line 24 hours a day at www.ecsi.net our new online service for a one time fee of $59.

Student Loan applications are available on line @ www.hvfcu.org or visit a local branch near you.  

Federal and New York State Financial Aid is available to those who qualify.

The amount of financial aid awarded to any student by any of these programs will be based on the following criteria:

1. Proof of need by the student;
2. Amount of money currently in the fund; and
3. Number of students requesting financial assistance through this program.

Should a student no longer attend HVSMT classes, any monies not already applied to tuition costs will be returned to the loan provider.
