Our Mission

• To provide students with the skills to render professional services in a variety of settings and the knowledge to pass the New York State Licensing Examination.
• For graduated students to pass on their knowledge of educating clients through professional massage and applying care and compassion with each individual need.

With the establishment of national certification and state licensing laws for massage therapy, the profession has moved from the esoteric alternative care towards recognition and credibility among health-care providers and insurance companies as a combination therapy. Massage Therapists can work in many settings including the practices of: Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Acupuncturists, Doctors, Dentists, and Health & Destination Spas.

Real Work, Hands-on Experience
Our training programs are hands-on throughout. Students train for a lifetime VOCATION in 52 weeks.  Each student will have many opportunities to experience what a massage therapy profession will actually be like. They begin learning massage technique within the first week of classes. And, each student is required to satisfactorily complete a CLINICAL INTERNSHIP of practicing learned skills with members of the community/clients. This internship training starts in the second half of the third term and is continues through the fourth term.

Built-in Job Readiness
Learning how to get a job or build your own practice is not just a single workshop, but 24 hours of in-depth training. In almost every class you learn how to get ready for your first position and your job opportunities. Your instructors are professional massage therapists. In addition to formal learning, you learn about the profession from their every day comments and stories.
